Recently, Ms. Jiang Bo, Founder of the Butterfly Development Education Fund; Ms. Sun Jiayi, Shenzhen Executive Committee Member and Donor of the Butterfly Development Education Foundation; Guo Chongjun, Principal of Yintan Senior High School in Rushan City, Shandong Province; Wang Jiantao, Principal of Guangming Street Primary School in Rushan City; along with teachers and students from Yintan Senior High School, visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for a public welfare study tour. Our Chairman, Shi Yuanyuan; Deputy General Manager, Tang Xiaomeng; Assistant to the Chairman, Wei Zheng; Director of the General Administration Office, Luan Zhishi; Public Affairs Officer, Chen Jiaxin; and R&D Scientist, Yang Yiqing, extended a warm welcome to the delegation.

First, guided by R&D Scientist Yang Yiqing, the visiting guests gained an initial understanding of Shenzhen Cell Valley's founder profiles, development history, core technology team, recent research achievements in clinical applications, and industry innovation talent cultivation mechanisms. Subsequently, led by Director Luan Zhishi of the General Administration Office, they toured the smart exhibition hall, the honor wall, GMP-grade production laboratories, quality control laboratories, and R&D laboratories.

During the symposium, Deputy General Manager Tang Xiaomeng extended a warm welcome to the Butterfly Development Fund organizers, school leaders, teachers, and students. She noted that the purpose of hosting this study tour was to provide students with a platform to connect with cutting-edge industries, allowing them to step into the corporate world and experience the charm of biomedical enterprises firsthand—gaining close exposure to advanced technologies and equipment, experiencing a rigorous work environment, and learning about professional talent development pathways. Through this experience, students could better understand that the translation of scientific achievements is a powerful driver of high-quality technological development, and that cell and gene therapy will have a tangible and far-reaching impact on humanity, society, and modern medicine.

Ms. Jiang Bo stated that the purpose of organizing this study tour was to break down the walls of traditional education and fully stimulate students' sense of social responsibility and innovative spirit.
