First, Wei Zheng provided a detailed introduction to the milestones, trends, progress, and challenges of cell therapy, noting that cell and gene therapies have the potential to fundamentally transform the treatment of critical diseases. These breakthrough biotherapies have already demonstrated their enormous potential in the medical field and will become one of the pillar industries of the future. As a standing council member of the National Biotechnology Industry-Integration Community and a vice-chairman unit of the Shenzhen Biomedical Industry-Education Alliance, Shenzhen Cell Valley deeply understands that increasing public awareness of the industry and promoting professional knowledge education at an early stage are critical factors in accelerating industrial development. Therefore, the company will spare no effort in building an industry-education integration platform to inject sustainable momentum into the industry.

School Supervisor Peng Duohua expressed high appreciation for Shenzhen Cell Valley's talent cultivation philosophy. He noted that Hualang School places emphasis on cultivating talent through science and innovation, hoping to instill in students a sense of mission to contribute to humanity starting from middle and high school. By stepping out of the classroom and into the enterprise, students can engage in close exchanges with Cell Valley's top scientific and technological talent, thereby cultivating innovative talents with patriotic sentiment, international perspective, humanistic literacy, and scientific spirit. School Director Xie Binhong stated that Shenzhen Cell Valley, staying true to its original mission of "saving lives and healing patients," has already brought new life to dozens of patients with refractory cancers. He hoped that this endeavor, which makes positive contributions to human health, could plant the seeds of innovation in the students' hearts. Principal Luo Yi noted that creating borderless education is one of Hualang School's distinctive features. He expressed the hope to jointly promote the deep integration of biotechnology and education with Shenzhen Cell Valley, laying a solid foundation for the development and optimization of curricula.
