On March 14, Yuan Shuai, Deputy Director of the Pingshan District Science, Technology, and Innovation Bureau, led a delegation to Shenzhen Cell Valley for research, aiming to understand the company's production and operations and provide support for the development of the enterprise and the biopharmaceutical industry. Shenzhen Cell Valley Chairman and General Manager Shi Yuanyuan, Chief Scientist Wang Jianxun, and their team extended a warm welcome and held symposium discussions.

First, accompanied by Chairman Shi Yuanyuan and Director of the General Administration Office Luan Zhishi, Deputy Director Yuan Shuai and his delegation toured the smart exhibition hall, gaining an initial understanding of the founding team, corporate development history, the history and current status of cell therapy, service platform construction, and corporate vision. The delegation expressed full recognition of Shenzhen Cell Valley's commitment to providing one-stop services for cell therapy to hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in the emerging biopharmaceutical industry, driven by the original mission of saving lives and healing patients.

During the symposium, Chairman Shi Yuanyuan extended a warm welcome to the district Science, Technology, and Innovation Bureau leadership and reported on Shenzhen Cell Valley's rapid development. He highlighted the advantages of the company's core technology—GMP industrial-scale production of retroviral vectors—and the unique value it provides in offering standardized, professional services that link the upstream and downstream of the cell and gene therapy industry. Deputy Director Yuan Shuai noted that the district government has recently introduced numerous targeted and highly operational special support policies for the biopharmaceutical industry, aimed at accelerating the establishment of a gradient cultivation system for biopharmaceutical enterprises and leveraging the leading role of the Pingshan National Biopharmaceutical Industry Base. The district Science, Technology, and Innovation Bureau will continue to leverage the policy advantages of the Special Economic Zone, continuously expanding the R&D innovation chain around the biopharmaceutical industry chain, pursuing innovation-driven development and talent attraction through science and technology policies, and continuously improving service platforms for the development of the cell and gene therapy industry through policy support.
