The delegation included Liu Dong, Party Secretary and Dean of the School; Duan Jiexin, Deputy Party Secretary; Zhang Lijun, Director of the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Program; Tang Yongjun, Director of the Practical Training Center; over ten instructors; and more than twenty student representatives from the first and second years.

First, Assistant to the Chairman Wei Zheng and Director of the General Administration Office Luan Zhishi led the SZPU faculty and students on a tour of the Shenzhen Cell Valley smart exhibition hall, production workshops, R&D laboratories, administrative offices, and GMP training rooms. They provided a detailed introduction to the company's development history, corporate culture, core technology team, core competitive advantages, and products and services, allowing students to have direct contact with the enterprise and gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

During the exchange session, Chairman Professor Shi Yuanyuan extended a warm welcome to the more than thirty faculty and student representatives from the SZPU School of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences and delivered a speech titled "Riding the Tide, Creating the Future Together." He expressed the hope to collaboratively explore more cross-disciplinary innovation points, accelerate talent cultivation in the cell and gene therapy industry, and, adhering to the mission of "staying true to the original aspiration of saving lives and healing patients," join hands with SZPU faculty and students to shape a new industry ecosystem.
Subsequently, an intern representative currently working at our company reported on their work experience to the attending leaders, teachers, and fellow students.

Party Secretary Liu Dong delivered the first ideological and political lesson of the semester, explaining the immense potential of the emerging cell and gene therapy industry to the students in an accessible manner, drawing on our company's growth journey. Secretary Liu highly praised the growth and performance of the first batch of SZPU interns at Cell Valley, as well as the company's one-on-one mentoring mechanism and its training system integrating theory and practice. He encouraged students to actively pursue their personal aspirations and contribute to the industry's progress. He also stated that the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences would continue to promote university-enterprise collaborative education, build bridges between students and enterprises, support high-quality student employment, help enterprises attract outstanding talent, and cultivate skilled professionals for the cell and gene therapy industry.

This event provided students with a vivid and direct view of the development of Shenzhen Cell Valley and the industry, allowing them to appreciate the high expectations of the school's leaders and faculty. It inspired them to strive diligently during their most vibrant years, stay committed to their goals, and work together to create a brighter future.
