On the morning of August 2, Dr. Shi Yuanyuan, Chairman of Shenzhen Cell Valley, Dr. Zhao Lijun, Head of R&D, and Wei Zheng, Assistant to the Chairman, visited Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "Union Shenzhen Hospital") and held symposium discussions with Professor Guo Zhi, Director of the Hematology Department, and other key department members.

During the symposium, the two parties engaged in in-depth exchange and discussion on construction status, research collaboration, clinical practice, talent cultivation, and core team building. Chairman Shi Yuanyuan expressed high attention and interest in the achievements of the Hematology Department at Union Shenzhen Hospital in CAR-T cell therapy. Chairman Shi Yuanyuan proposed that Shenzhen Cell Valley, as a major public service platform for Shenzhen's biopharmaceutical industry, possesses advanced cell preparation technology and a rigorous quality management system, capable of meeting GMP requirements and ensuring the safety and efficacy of cell products. At the same time, it can provide talent cultivation support and research technical support to the Hematology Department at Union Shenzhen Hospital. The Shenzhen Cell Valley team places great importance on cooperation with clinical institutions and hopes to establish a deeper cooperative relationship with the Hematology Department at Union Shenzhen Hospital to jointly advance the R&D and application of cell therapy.

The Hematology Department of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital is a clinical research-oriented department integrating medical care, teaching, and research. Professor Guo Zhi from the Hematology Department of the Seventh Medical Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital serves as the discipline leader.
