Brief News | Grit Biotechnology Team Visits Shenzhen Cell Valley for Research and Exchange

On the morning of August 3, Liu Yarong, CEO of Grit Biotechnology, and Zhong Mengyang, Vice President, visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for research and exchange. Shenzhen Cell Valley Chairman Shi Yuanyuan, Head of R&D Zhao Lijun, Assistant to the Chairman Wei Zheng, Director of the General Administration Office Luan Zhishi, and Head of Marketing Sun Rui extended a warm welcome and held symposium discussions.

First, led by Assistant to the Chairman Wei Zheng and Director Luan Zhishi, the Grit Biotechnology team toured the smart exhibition hall, cell production workshops, and laboratories, gaining an initial understanding of our company's development history, core team, the advantages of industrial-scale retroviral vector production, and platform-based services. A symposium was subsequently held.

During the symposium, the Shenzhen Cell Valley and Grit Biotechnology teams provided detailed introductions to their respective corporate development, R&D and production pipelines, and core technology platforms. The two parties engaged in discussion and exchange on topics including the current development status of the domestic viral vector industry and the industrial-scale production chain for retroviral vectors. Chairman Dr. Shi Yuanyuan stated that Shenzhen Cell Valley possesses relatively deep scientific research accumulation and mature technology, having achieved notable results in innovative cell product R&D, viral vector technology breakthroughs, auxiliary filing platform construction, and talent cultivation mechanism improvement. The Grit Biotechnology team highly praised Shenzhen Cell Valley's rapid development and also recognized the strengths and potential of each other's teams, noting that both parties have many areas for cooperation in product business. This research visit formed a good opportunity for subsequent cooperation and exchange between the two parties, laying a solid foundation for future collaborative development and jointly promoting the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry.
